I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you on the creation of ‘The Exchange’ Identity. This document serves as an initial proposed approach. We can use this as a backbone of the project, but it will flex and be shaped by your input. I am looking forward to collaborating with you through the process to ensure that we create an inspiring and engaging identity. Once we are aligned on the specific details, needs and deliverables, we will make any necessary revisions and align on a final scope.

Floorplan Images

Design of floorplan images to a presentation quality standard, vectorised and matching the rest of the brand. Based on existing photography/renders provided by the client.


Property Images

Retouching of property images to match the rest of the brand in colour grading and mood. Based on existing photography/renders provided by the client.


Note: Additional materials are to be quoted separately and adhere to a separate project timeline. e.g., newsletter emailers, printed stationery, social media assets, special products.

Website

Design + Build. A custom, fully built website on Squarespace, styled to the new brand identity.


Planning

  • Sitemap & content planning (up to 6 pages: About, Office Suites, Location, Investment, FAQs, Enquire)

Design 

  • Custom homepage design concept, applied to all pages once approved

  • Mobile-responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile

Build

  • Platform build-out (Squarespace)

  • Enquire/Contact page with forms

  • Basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions, image alt text)

  • Content placement using copy and images provided by the client

  • Linking to Launchbase (external platform)

Review & Launch

  • Up to 3 rounds of client feedback + revisions before launch

  • Launch support and walkthrough/training call so client is comfortable managing content going forward.

Oversight of Launchbase

Oversight and recommendations of the design of Launchbase (external platform) to reassure visual consistency across all brand touch points. The platform is to be built by the client.


Note: Pricing assumes content (copy, listing data, photography) is provided by the client. Copywriting and professional photography can be added as separate line items if needed.

A downloadable, leave-behind piece designed to mirror the website content, PDF format.

Layout Design

  • Graphic design and layout of pages (format to be confirmed)

  • Up to 2 design concepts based on the approved brand system
