This quote outlines the brand identity, website, and brochure for The Medical & Wellness Suites (working name).
The goal is to deliver a cohesive, professional presence across every touchpoint — from the first impression of the logo to browsing offers online to the materials attached to emails or available as downloads.
The project is condensed into 6 weeks and is meant to serve as a strong MVP to test the market.

Process
The creative process entails a proven method that helps us build brands rooted in sound strategic thinking. We don’t work in silos. My process unites strategy, creative, and brand throughout the process. I focus on finding the big idea that fuels the brand from concept through to implementation.

Payment Schedule
Payment is split into two installments. The first (50%) is due on approval of this proposal, before work begins. The second (50%) is due on approval and release of the final deliverables.
Not Included
Copywriting
Professional photography or renders (available as an add-on or referral)
Stock images, premium fonts, or licensing fees (billed at cost, if needed)
Website hosting and domain registration fees (paid directly by the client)
Additional revision rounds beyond those listed above (quoted separately before any work begins)
Timelines
Work begins upon receipt of the signed agreement and first payment.
Timelines are estimates and assume timely feedback and content delivery from the client.
Each phase includes the number of revision rounds stated above; additional rounds are quoted separately.
Cancellation
If the client cancels the project, payments already made are non-refundable, and any expenses already incurred by the designer will be billed at cost. In addition, a cancellation fee applies based on project stage:
Before presentation of brand identity concepts: 15% of the remaining balance
After concept presentation, but before approval of the final brand identity: 30% of the remaining balance
After brand identity approval, during website and brochure production: 50% of the remaining balance
After delivery of final files: the full remaining balance
Ownership of all work transfers to the client only upon payment in full. In the event of cancellation, the designer retains ownership of any work that has not been paid for in full.
